CARTWRIGHT, Okla. -- As Lake Texoma swells, some homeowners in Cartwright are trapped.
Willifah Woods Road and Oak Hills Road are flooded in some parts, impassable by several feet of water.
Some residents tried to take an alternative route around Willifah Woods Road, but they say that route is a private road, blocked by a fence.
Forcing them to find other ways in and out of their neighborhood.
"Every morning both of us come across by boat and go back at night by boat," Rick Walker, a resident, said.
The Bryan County Sheriff's Office says they can't force anyone to allow access on a private road.
