Ada city manager reprimanded by city council
ADA, OK - The Ada City Council reprimands the town's city manager after reports he was gambling at casinos during normal business hours.

ADA, OK - The Ada City Council reprimands the town's city manager after reports he was gambling at casinos during normal business hours.

Oklahoma City TV station KOKH-TV aired a report that showed David Hathcoat walking into and out of Ada area casinos during what's considered working hours.

Last night the council voted to issue a reprimand letter to Hathcoat that states he "has not devoted full time to City affairs," and that he "would be put on probation for 90 days."
