GARVIN COUNTY, OKLA. -- At least one arrest warrant could be in the works, stemming from a five month long grand jury investigation.

Last September, 12 jurors were seated to investigate the death of Tom Horton.

The grand jury released an initial report saying they believe Horton's death to be a suicide. But grand jurors did stop there.

Officials say other cases were submitted for investigation.

Now according to court records obtained by KXII-TV, the grand jury was dismissed Friday. And at least one possible arrest warrant could be handed down.

However authorities at the Garvin County Sheriff's office tell us they're not releasing any information about any arrest warrants issued as result of the grand jury's investigation.
