Parts of Hugo without water
HUGO, OK--Parts of the City of Hugo have been without water Tuesday. A city water department spokeswoman says there's a water main break on North D Street.
The break is causing water outages in the 4th Ward and low water pressure in the 2nd ward. Crews have isolated the problem. The city says there is not an estimate for when the water will be back on.
