2 arrested in Atoka shooting
ATOKA, OK - A shooting early Wednesday morning in Atoka sends two men to a local hospital. Atoka Police say two men from Talequah who didn't know each other got into an argument which turned into a fight at the Love's Convenience Store in Atoka.

ATOKA, OK - A shooting early Wednesday morning in Atoka sends two men to a local hospital.
Atoka Police say two men from Talequah, Oklahoma, which is three hours from Atoka, who didn't know each other, got into an argument which turned into a fight at the Love's Convenience Store in Atoka.
Police say it's still unclear who fired the shot, but the two involved in the altercation were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Atoka Police say 57-year old David Drake and 20-year old Victor Radcliff were then booked into the Atoka County Jail.
Police say Drake pulled a semi-automatic pistol from his truck, but they aren't sure if he fired the weapon.
Sometime during the scuffle the gun went off. Drake received a head injury from a bullet wound, and Radcliff received chest injuries..
Both remain in jail awaiting arraignment. They both face charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
