SHERMAN, TX - With so much on the line in March’s primary elections two democratic candidates say they're just anxious for the primary to be over, so they know who they're running against.

"I am easy to get along with, I say what I think, and I am going to do what I say," said Roy Fuller.

He is a Small Business owner, and a democrat running for Grayson County Commissioner precinct 2. Fuller says more attention needs to be paid to some of the less populated towns in Grayson County.

"I want to focus economic development in some of our smaller communities, it is something that they could use and we are not presently getting that," said Fuller.

Fuller will face either incumbent Commissioner David Whitlock or republican challenger Martin McLain in the November general election.

Running for the position of Commissioner Precinct 4 is democrat Mike Brady.

"I am running for Commissioner because I want to represent the people and taxpayers of this county," said Brady.

Brady’s father also served as County Commissioner for precinct 4. He says that the North Texas Regional Airport should be one of the main focal points for bringing new business to Grayson County.

"I believe this is one of the biggest assets Grayson County has and if this were improved I believe more companies would move their operations to Grayson County," said Brady.

Since current Commissioner Gene Short is not seeking re-election, Brady will face either Bart Lawrence or Mike Springer as his Republican opponent in November.
