DENISON, TX--It's Texas Public School week and Denison I-S-D needs volunteer readers As soon as possible for this week's Star Reader Program. On Tuesday, volunteers at Terrell Elementary School read to students.
Teachers pick out the books for the volunteers, which are age appropriate. Volunteers spend between 15 to 45 minutes reading to the students with a school official monitoring.
