Driver in wrong-way fatal wreck on U.S. 75 indicted
SHERMAN, TX - The woman accused of driving drunk down the wrong side of the highway and killing another motorist will soon go to court. Bobbi Elvington was formally indicted by a Grand Jury today.

SHERMAN, TX - The woman accused of driving drunk down the wrong side of the highway and killing another motorist will soon go to court.

Bobbi Elvington was formally indicted by a Grand Jury today. She faces charges of intoxication manslaughter for the February 1 crash that killed 64-year-old Hien Vuong of Garland, Texas.

Elvington was driving the wrong way down U.S. Highway 75 at the time of the crash and struck Vuong head-on. She is expected to appear back in court within the next two weeks for a pre-trial.

If convicted she will face up to 20 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
