07-15-04 – A Grayson County family has been left homeless after a fire ripped through their house late Wednesday night. Firefighters got the call at around 11:45pm and responded to a home just southwest of Tom Bean, on Wortham Road.
Tom Bean, Whitewright and Howe fire departments worked much of the night to put out and monitor the fire. A family lives in the home; they were able to get out of the house in time. No injuries are reported.
A cause is not known at this time.
