Sex Offenders Not Registered
7-19-04 - It’s another example of local law enforcement cracking down on sex offenders who don’t register.
Two men were arrested in Bryan County on Friday, after living in the area for 4 years, but not registering. David Callicut and David Russell were arrested at their home outside Durant.
The two were convicted in Texas, after a male prostitute was kidnapped and raped.
