SANDUSKY - A grass fire south of Gordonville kept fire crews from several cities busy Sunday afternoon.
They received a call around 2:00 PM about smoke rising from a field off Sandusky Road, and when they arrived on the scene, nearly 100 acres were on fire.
Officials said they believe the fire started when a tractor caught fire as it was bailing hay. The fire spread quickly and threatened several homes nearby, but nobody was hurt in the fire.
