Three Heroes Highway signed into law
CARTER CO., OK -- A bill signed by Governor Brad Henry Thursday, will honor three Oklahoma service members who were killed overseas.

CARTER CO., OK -- A bill signed by Governor Brad Henry Thursday, will honor three Oklahoma service members who were killed overseas.
Senate bill 1713 will dedicate part of Highway 70 in Marshall County as "Corporal Michael Eyre Thompson memorial Highway."
A portion of Highway 377 in Marshall County as the "Sergeant Clint E. Williams Memorial Highway".
And a part of Highway 70 in Bryan and Marshall County as the "Chief Warrant Officer Brady Rudolf Memorial Highway."
The bill will also dedicate part of Highway 77 in Carter County as "three heros highway," as a tribute to District Attorney Mitchell D. Sperry, Sheriff Harvey Burkhart and State Representative Terry Hyman.
All three died while still in office.
The law will go into effect on November 1st.
