8-20-04 - Five teenagers are suspected to be part of a major drug ring that stretched from Oklahoma City to rural Carter County. A Healdton police officer arrested the 5, ages 18 to 19, Thursday night during a traffic stop.
He found marijuana, cocaine, and methamphetamines inside their car.
Police say they’ve been investigating the drug ring and believe the teenagers played key roles - perhaps even dealing while in high school. Three of the men are from Oklahoma City while the other two, Jamie Hatfield and Michael Hutto are from Carter County.
