HUGO, OK -- A baby remains in a medical induced comma after ingesting methamphetamine on Friday. Now authorities say charges could be filed against the boy's father.

Officials tell us an 18-month-old child ingested a crystal-like substance Friday afternoon and was air lifted to a Choctaw hospital.

We told you on Friday, police were searching a truck in the hospital parking lot for drugs. When a Caddo Police K9 handler arrived with a drug dog, it confirmed a positive hit on the vehicle.

Authorities now tell us that truck belonged to the boy's father, and inside officials say they found drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Officials say the baby was transported to an I-C-U in an Oklahoma City hospital on Friday night, but is expected to be OK.

Authorities tell us the boy's father could be looking at a list of charges - including child endangerment, and possession of drugs.
