MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. -- A woman accused of causing the car crash that killed the wife and toddler son of a Carter County Deputy was arrested on Thursday.

Amanda Moncella Thompson was charged with two counts of manslaughter in Marshall County District Court.

These charges stem from the June collision that took the lives of Betsy and Kennan Mashore.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say Thompson was driving in the wrong lane of Highway 70 and intoxicated when the crash occurred.
