A+ Athlete: Tyler Titsworth

By  |

BOKCHITO, Okla. -- High school students across Texoma are back in school after a long summer off. Along with the return to school, our weekly A+ Athlete segment returns as well. It's our way of honoring high school athletes who excel in the classroom, on the field, and in their community. Our first A+ Athlete is Tyler Titsworth from Bokchito, Oklahoma.

This week's A+ Athlete is Tyler Titsworth from Rock Creek High School. The Rock Creek senior carries a 3.93 GPA and is ranked fourth in his class. He is a four-year member of the honor roll, is active in the honor society and student council, and was named outstanding student for U.S. history and Biology II classes. He says the key to it all is time management.

Tyler is also active in his youth group at the First Baptist Bokchito Church and is also a heck of an athlete. He placed 10th in the Oklahoma High School State Bowling Tournament, and he was a member of the Mustangs 2007 spring baseball state championship team.

Congratulations to Tyler Titsworth, this week’s A+ Athlete.
