Marijuana Ring Shut Down in Ardmore

Video will be available shortly.

8-25-04 - Three people are behind bars in Ardmore – part of what police call a marijuana distribution ring.

They arrested Gerald and Cheryl Ford and Bruce Brightwell at a home in the 3500 block of Carter Street. Inside the house, agents with the D.A’s Task Force found $5,000 worth of marijuana, along with packaging supplies, six rifles, two handguns and a live marijuana plant.

Authorities say the bust came after two years of surveillance on the home. The three people arrested face multiple drug and firearm charges.
