Mother of murdered Johnston Co. toddler arrested
JOHNSTON COUNTY, OK - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation have arrested the mother of a 19-month-old boy found dead last week who they say was murdered.

JOHNSTON COUNTY, OK - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation have arrested the mother of a 19-month-old boy found dead last week who they say was murdered.
The OSBI says an autopy report revealed 19-year-old Victoria Wagner's toddler son, Jason Guzman, was hit in the abdominal area on June 19 with such force that it caused internal bleeding. Investigators say after a week-long investigation it was Wagner who hit the child, and then took him to Johnston County Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Johnston County Sheriff's deputies arrested Wagner at a Tishomingo business Tuesday morning. She was booked into the Johnston County Jail. Bond has been set at $50,000.
