8-29-04- One man is in the hospital and his brother in law is in custody after a shooting Saturday night in Denison. Witnesses say the two men got into an argument when one pulled a gun and shot the other four times in the legs.
38 year old Paul Usagr was shot at a home in the 1300 block of West Morton around 8:30 p.m. Police say he was shot with a pistol and flown to a Dallas hospital with life-threatening injuries. Sunday afternoon, he was upgraded to stable condition.
The 42 year old suspect in the shooting was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. His name has not yet been released. .
