Town hall meeting set on Ada 1¢ sales tax issue
ADA, OK - Ada city officials will hold a town hold meeting Monday night to talk about the possible extension of the one cent sales tax.

ADA, OK - Ada city officials will hold a town hold meeting Monday night to talk about the possible extension of the one cent sales tax.

The extension would be in place for five years and could be used to fund an all-purpose sports complex, as well as the construction of new police, 911, and fire stations. Residents will vote on the issue on August 24.

The town hall meeting will be held at the Pontotoc Technology Center at 7 p.m. Monday.
