Missing Durant girl located

DURANT, OK - Durant Police say a missing teen girl with a diminished mental capacity has been located and is now back with her family.

Police say 17-year-old Breanne McQuigg, who has the mental capacity of a ten to twelve year old, was reported missing around 4:30 yesterday afternoon when she didn’t come home from school.

Surveillance video obtained from Durant High School showed McQuigg getting into a tan mini van believed to be driven by this man, 31-year-old Stacey Adam Jones. The van is a 2002 Chevy Astro van with Oklahoma tags 521-EZV.

Police issued an Amber Alert on Tuesday morning for McQuigg.

Durant Police say on Tuesday afternoon McQuigg was dropped off at the Denison Fire Department by Jones. Police say no contact has been made with him yet, but it is expected that the charges of harboring a runaway and contributing to the delinquency of minor will be filed.
