ANTLERS, OK-- The bond reduction for an Antlers man, charged with first degree murder, was denied on Wednesday.
Henry "J.C" Cole is accused of killing his nephew this past April.
Officials say, the 69-year-old called 911 on April 15th to report that he had found his nephew's body on his property.
The medical examiner ruled Gene Cole's death a homicide caused by a shotgun wound to the neck.
Officials say they found two shotguns at Henry Cole's home and determined one was used to kill Gene Cole.
Henry Cole's arrangement is set for Thursday.
