ARDMORE, OK -- A federal grand jury has indicted an Ardmore area postal employee for delay or destruction of mail.
32-year-old Justin Throneberry of Ardmore is charged with willfully and knowingly destroying a package while he was working for the us postal service in December.
The US Attorney's office says if convicted, Throneberry could face up to five years in prison and up to a $250,000 dollar fine.
