ARDMORE, OK - Monday an Ardmore family celebrated a special kind of homecoming.

Evelyn Wallace and her grandson are moving into a Habitat for Humanity home off Cruce Street.

The organization held a ceremony Monday morning to cut a ribbon to officially dedicate the home.

Wallace said she's excited to move in because she loves everything about the house.

"All the rooms and the bathroom the carpet I love it all, especially the dishwasher," Wallace said. "I didn't think I was gonna get that, but I did."

Wallace has been working toward her Habitat for Humanity home for over a year.
