DUNCAN, OK -- An Ardmore man has been indicted for bank fraud.
48-year-old, Richard Geurin, is accused of embezzling more than $1,000 from the First Bank and Trust of Oklahoma in Duncan.
According to the Assistant United States Attorney, Rob Wallace, Geurin withdrew cash from several customers' bank accounts during the three years he worked there.
He is also accused of creating false statements and transaction documents.
He faces 30 years in prison and a fine up to $1,000,000 if convicted.
