Ardmore police catch teen burglary suspect

ARDMORE, OK - Ardmore Police said a surveillance video and tips from citizens helped land a teen thief behind bars.

18-year-old Jacob Day was charged with second degree burglary this afternoon.

Investigators said on April 13th, Day tried to use the debit card he stole out of a vehicle at a local bank.

Police said they were able to obtain surveillance video of the crime, which led to Day's arrest.

Last month, he was charged with burglary in a different case.

He's been booked in the Carter County Detention center on a $25,000 bond.
