Benefit held for Texoma man recovering from aneurysm

DENISON, TX -- People are trying to raise money for a local man who is recovering from an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm.

In late December, a ruptured aneurysm sent Bobby Wells to Texoma Medical Center.

He had surgery and is now recovering.

His family says only one out of ten patients survive the illness.

The community held a BBQ benefit at The Office in Denison Saturday to help pay for medical bills.

They raised just over $500 dollars.
