FANNIN CO., TX -- The Fannin County man facing manslaughter charges in the death of a teenager is now out on bond.
According to the District Attorney, a judge reduced Dillon Mosley's bond on two charges, manslaughter and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon - family violence.
Officials at the Fannin County Jail say Mosley bonded out Monday.
Mosley is charged in the death of 17-year-old Mandie Fuller, who was a senior at Sam Rayburn High School.
The Fannin County Sheriff's office says back on February 16th, Fuller was struck by a vehicle driven by Mosley.
Mosley was arrested at the scene.
