BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- Both suspects accused of robbing a Colbert Convenience store Friday are behind bars.
James Marvin Carty was just arrested Tuesday evening in Monticello, Arkansas for the Bryan County robbery and on a state parole warrant.
His son, James Michael Carty was arrested in Denison Monday on robbery charges. We are told he is also wanted in Tennessee for aggravated burglary.
Colbert Police say the two men walked into Frank's Corner Store and stole a cash register, Friday. Investigators say they were caught on surveillance video. James Michael Carty was booked into the Grayson County jail. James Marvin Carty is jailed in Arkansas.
