BRYAN COUNTY, OK - A Bryan County man who was shot by a 12 year old girl when he allegedly broke into her home pled not guilty to burglary charges Wednesday.

32-year-old Stacey Jones is charged with first degree burglary.

Police say he broke into a house last year where Kendra St. Clair was home alone.
