BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- The Bryan County man who was shot by a 12 year old girl during a home invasion is now headed to prison.
A judge sentenced 32-year-old Stacey Jones to 25 years Tuesday with an additional 5 years probation.
Jones was found guilty of burglary in the first degree last month.
Authorities say he broke into a Calera home in October.
During the break-in he was shot by a 12-year-old girl, who was home alone at the time.
Authorities say Jones has two prior felonies both involving burglary.
