HUGO, OKLAHOMA -- A can of spaghetti and meatballs became a dangerous weapon for one Hugo man back in January.
Lt. Steve Babcock with Hugo police says Brandon Harvey was riding passenger-side in his children's mother's car, with the kids in the car, when he became angry at her.
Harvey began pulling her hair and hitting her, causing her to swerve off the roadway.
He then became upset with himself, repeatedly striking himself in the head more than a dozen times with the can of spaghetti and meatballs, that eventually burst.
Harvey was treated at the hospital then booked into the Choctaw County Jail.
He failed to appear in court in February and now has a warrant out for his arrest.
