Porton's attorney says the judge decided to continue the trial until February 27, 2013. Telling the defense they needed 3 signed witness statements saying Porton cannot get a fair trial in McCurtain County.

Porton's accused of more than 30 felony counts, the majority for committing sex crimes against children.
