CHOCTAW COUNTY, OK -- Charges have been filed against one of the teens accused of tossing a dog off a Choctaw County bridge.
According to the court clerk's office, 18-year old Jesse Honeycutt has been charged with animal cruelty.
In February, authorities say Honeycutt and another 15-year old teenager shot a video showing them throwing a pit bull off a bridge in Boswell.
Honeycutt is due in court next Tuesday.
The dog survived and is being nursed back to health by an Atoka vet who named her Miracle.
