MCCURTAIN COUNTY, OK -- A jury trial has been postponed for a McCurtain County man, accused of child sexual assault.
Thomas Bradley Porton is charged with multiple counts of indecency to a child under 16.
During a pre-trial conference Thursday, Porton's lawyer asked that a preliminary hearing transcript be provided to him.
The document will cost the defense around $1,600 dollars.
The judge granted a continuance to allow porton's attorney to look over the transcript, and postponed the trial until May, at the earliest.
