Clayton HS teacher charged in sex scandal surrenders to authorities

ANTLERS, OK - A Pushmataha County high school teacher wanted by state investigators for having a sexual relationship with a student has turned herself in.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says Clayton High School teacher, 29-year-old Rhonda Michelle Ford, turned herself in yesterday.

A 15-year-old boy admitted to investigators he'd had sex with Ford on ten occasions at her home starting in February. Ford faces a dozen felonies including lewd molestation and rape.

She has resigned from her teaching position at Clayton Public Schools.
