ARDMORE, OK -- A court date has been set for a man arrested in connection with the death of an Ardmore infant Thursday.
Online court records show 42-year-old Richard Chastain's faces charges of negligent homicide.
His bond was set at $75,000.
He was arrested after the two month old boy was found in a hot car on 2nd Avenue northeast around 2:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
Police believe the baby had been in the car since Thursday morning.
Investigators are looking into whether or not Chastain was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
His initial court appearance is set for Monday.
