MARIETTA, OK - The Oklahoma Department of Human Services has finished their investigation into a Marietta daycare after a couple claims their baby was scratched and cut while at the facility.
Marietta police also investigated the Little Buckaroos Daycare in November.
Their findings noted the possibility of improper supervision. A DHS spokesperson said they agree with that assessment.
"We discussed the findings of that investigation in a meeting with the daycare owner on January 6th," said DHS spokesperson Debra Martin. "We substantiated a lack of supervision and lack of good judgement by staff."
DHS didn't say whether the daycare will receive any citations. They do say these findings will go on Little Buckaroos' public record.
