GRAYSON COUNTY, TX -- Authorities say a Denison man accidentally shot himself Sunday afternoon.
It happened near Oak Ridge Rd. around 3:00 p.m.
The Grayson County Sheriff's Office says a 56-year-old man was sleeping at his home when a noise woke him up. Investigators say he picked up his weapon to check the residence and accidentally shot the gun, injuring his wrist. He received medical attention at Texoma Medical Center and is reportedly in good condition.
