ARDMORE, OK - An Ardmore man was found guilty of robbery Tuesday for grabbing a man's wallet while selling magazines door to door in February.
A Carter County jury found Manuel Tuesca, Jr., 25, guilty of first degree robbery and assault and battery on a public servant.
According to police, when a man pulled out his wallet to pay Tuesca, he grabbed money and ran off. Later during an interview, police say Tuesca also shoved a detective.
Sentencing is set for September 10.
