Driver arrested for murder in fatal Denison crash

DENISON, TX - An arrest has been made in the death of Denison woman killed after a car crashed into a duplex January 24.

Denison Police say 57-year-old Richard Allen Taylor Jr. has been arrested for murder in the death of 28-year-old Jennifer Comstock.

Taylor allegedly crashed into a duplex on the corner of Morton and Armstrong Streets, killing Comstock who was inside the home at the time.

According to Denison Police, Taylor was arrested without incident. He is currently held on $500,000 bond in the Grayson County Jail.

Police say another women injured in the accident was hospitalized. They have not released her name or condition.

Police are still investigating, and urge anyone with information to contact the Denison Police Department.
