SHERMAN, TX - A man who police say ran his car into a Denison home in January, killing a pregnant woman, has been indicted.

A grand jury indicted 57-year-old Richard Allen Taylor on one count each for murder, manslaughter, criminal negligence, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Police say Taylor crashed into a home on Morton and Armstrong in January, killing 28-year-old Jennifer Comstock and her unborn child.

Court officials say Taylor remains in the Grayson County Jail on a $500,000 bond for murder. His next court date has not been set.
