ADA, OK -- The former Ada firefighter accused of threatening police was found not guilty Wednesday.
Court officials say Jason Smeltz had been on trial for using a computer to put another in fear of physical harm or death.
Smeltz was arrested twice last year, once in April and again in June, after allegedly threatening Ada police officers on facebook following his wife's public intoxication arrest.
