ARDMORE, OK -- A former Ardmore community center director facing six counts of felony embezzlement has changed his plea to not guilty.

Kurt Lemley plead not guilty in an arraignment Wednesday and his next court date has been set for April 30th.

The City of Ardmore fired Lemley, the former HFV Wilson Community Center executive director, back in August after reportedly misappropriating funds.

According to the district attorney, Lemley charged $8,600 dollars to a city credit card and Pay-Pal Account for personal use between February 2012 and April 2013.
