MURRAY COUNTY, OK -- A former Dickson school teacher accused of having sex with students had her case stayed in Murray County Friday.
Stephanie Ringwald's attorney filed a motion for both judges in the case to recuse themselves, but both denied the motion.
The Murray County DA's office says Ringwald was supposed to have a preliminary hearing Friday but the case was stayed because her attorney can file an appeal of the judges' decision.
Ringwald is facing two charges of rape in Murray County.
Her case will resume when the matter is settled.
