GRAYSON CO., TX -- Tom Bean's ex-police chief accused of stealing firearms from the department and tasing one of his officers was back in court Wednesday.
39-year-old Michael Webster was in a Grayson County district courtroom Wednesday morning.
Webster was arrested last August in Dallas County, Texas.
Investigators say he'd stolen and sold firearms from evidence and tased one of his officers.
Webster resigned last October citing family and health issues.
Trial is set for April 7th and he's due back in court March 19th.
