FANNIN COUNTY, TX -- FEMA officials are in Fannin County Wednesday surveying ice storm damage.
They're meeting with local officials discussing the damages from last month's storm and estimating the costs of repairs.
They've already visited Grayson, Cooke, and Lamar counties.
FEMA will ultimately determine if North Texas is in need of federal disaster funding.
A final decision could take a few months.
