STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) - Oklahoma State University has announced that Republican Gov. Mary Fallin and Democratic challenger Joe Dorman will debate at OSU ahead of the gubernatorial election.
Fallin is seeking re-election to a second term in office while Dorman is a state representative who won the Democratic nomination to challenge Fallin in the November election.
OSU said Wednesday that the one-hour debate at OSU is part of a partnership with OETA and the League of Women Voters of Oklahoma.
The debate is scheduled for Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. at the OSU Student Union Theater in Stillwater and will be broadcast live statewide by OETA.
