FANNIN COUNTY, TX -- A Fannin County man accused of hitting and killing his 17-year-old girlfriend with a truck is back behind bars Wednesday.
According to the Fannin County District Attorney's office, 20-year-old Dillon Mosley was arrested Tuesday for breaking the conditions of his bond.
He allegedly contacted one of the witnesses in the case.
Mosley is charged with manslaughter and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Authorities say on February 16th, he hit Mandie Fuller with a truck on F.M. 1396 in Ivanhoe.
She later died.
Mosley was out on $20,000 bond.
He now has the right to another hearing to determine if he will get a new bond.
