FANNIN COUNTY, TX -- A Fannin County man accused in the death of his 17-year-old girlfriend has been indicted by a grand jury for aggravated assault.
20-year-old Dillon Mosley was indicted for a first degree felony charge aggravated assault with a weapon on a date, family, or household member.
Last week we reported Mosley was back behind bars after violating his bond conditions.
Authorities say on February 16th, he was the driver of a vehicle which struck and killed 17-year-old Mandie Fuller on F.M. 1396 in Ivanhoe.
If convicted, He could face 5 to 99 years or life in prison and a maximum fine of $10,000.
